Brandon grew up in Tacoma, WA and attended Bellarmine Prep. His love of sports started at a young age—from playing soccer to hitting balls on the range, he was very active from the get-go. Experiencing a few injuries along the way created a passion for wanting to participate in the rehabilitation process of others and sparked his interest in physical therapy.
After graduating high school, Brandon went on to Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA and received his B.S. in Human Physiology in 2015. During this time, he had the opportunity to explore different careers in the medical field and landed on physical therapy after an internship with Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, WA. After graduating from Gonzaga, Brandon stayed in Spokane and worked as an aide for two years at Physical Therapy Associates where he fell in love with the profession. To further his knowledge of movement and fitness, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and worked as a personal trainer at PRO Club in Bellevue, WA. During this time, he gained valuable experience in helping his clients meet their fitness goals and optimize their movement.
In 2018 Brandon was accepted into the DPT program at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences at the San Marcos, CA campus. While in graduate school he had three internships at Atlas Physical Therapy in Nampa, ID, Physiocare in Woodinville, WA, and Timber Ridge in Issaquah, WA. During these rotations Brandon treated patients both in the inpatient and outpatient settings. He has experience in treating everything from musculoskeletal injuries to neuromuscular conditions in a wide range of populations. It was during these clinicals he decided that he wanted to pursue a career in outpatient physical therapy. He graduated in 2020 and met Matt Sato who offered him an opportunity at Lake Washington Physical Therapy.
Brandon met his wife, Kelsey, in 2012 at Gonzaga, got married in 2017 and they are now settling down on the eastside. He is very excited to start his career and join the LWPT team. When he is not practicing, Brandon can be found golfing, playing basketball, hiking, rock climbing, working out or spending time with family and friends.
Brandon is passionate about providing his patients with the knowledge and tools they need to not only treat their injury, but the underlying cause as well. Getting people back to what they love is his main goal.
