Jessica grew up in Taiwan, where she attended undergraduate school with a degree of Physical Therapy, Bachelor in Science. She then worked and trained as a PT in Taiwan for almost three years before she decided to put down everything and move across the world. She went to New York University for her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. After she graduated from NYU, she moved across the country to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to pursue her PT career.

Elizabeth grew up in Kirkland, Washington where she attended Lake Washington High School. Since her childhood she enjoyed exploring the outdoors, camping, fishing, and hiking with family and friends throughout the Pacific Northwest. She was first introduced to Physical Therapy after tearing her ACL while playing soccer.

Liam Main

Liam was born in Seattle but grew up in San Francisco, California. He attended Willamette University in Salem, OR receiving his BA in Exercise Science in 2018 where he also played on the soccer team and worked in the athletic training department. Liam received his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2021 from The University of Colorado. Following graduation, he completed an Orthopedic Residency Program through Evidence in Motion in 2023.

Even though Kevin grew up in the city, Kevin grew a love for the mountains and enjoys rock climbing, camping, hiking, and skiing. During his clinical rotations in Arizona, Colorado, Seattle and New York, Kevin has worked with a variety of patient populations including patients with balance and gait abnormalities, post- op, vestibular deficits as well as sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Lisa Clise

Lisa has a background as a Certified nursing assistant, 10 years in the medical insurance industry, 8 years of medical clinic experience and 7 years as a Para Educator in Northshore School District.

In her spare time Lisa takes part in Boy Scouts. She has 18 years of scouting experience in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, Order of the arrow (Honor Society for Scouting) as a Vigil Member and Associate Lodge Adviser. Recently she had the pleasure of being awarded official staff status for Camp.  It is a very rewarding experience and she enjoys every minute of it.

One of Lisa’s many hobbies is remodeling homes. When asked about this hobby she added,  “My husband and I have remodeled 3 going on 4 homes. And after 30 years we are still married” :)

In her “down time”, Lisa builds Legos (lots of them).  She also love anything Disney!  She celebrated her 50th Birthday in Disneyland with her Husband, Son and his girlfriend.  She hopes to go back soon!

Susan Bailey

Sue is a lifelong resident of the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from UW with a BA in Psychology, she worked a variety of jobs in both the business and health sector. After working, getting married and traveling, Sue and her husband eventually settled in Kirkland where they raised two children and five golden retrievers. Sue has always enjoyed swimming, cycling, running and weightlifting. After being introduced to the sport of triathlon, she was hooked. Over the years she has raced in many sprint, Olympic and 70.3 distance events, even managing to garner an age group win here and there.Always looking for a new challenge, Sue took up rowing a few years ago and joined a Masters rowing team with Sammamish Rowing Association. She is currently training 3x’s/week with the team and always has an eye on the next regatta.On her “active recovery” days, Sue likes to hike, walk her two dogs, and strength train.  She has a strong belief in health through movement and nutrition and knows that there is no age limit to being an athlete.  


Miya Shimada

Miya grew up in Redmond, WA and attended The Bear Creek School as well as played club soccer for Crossfire Premier. She was a patient at Lake Washington Physical Therapy in Redmond for two years after compounded knee injuries. Currently, she is an undergraduate student in the Honors College at Baylor University studying exercise science, psychology, philosophy, religion, and child development. After graduating, she is looking to get her DPT or PhD in child psychology. In her free time, Miya likes to read, wake surf, and fish. 

Natalie Bull

Natalie grew up in Yuba City, CA.  While living there, she discovered her love for physical therapy after injuries in elementary and high school.  She later moved to the Pacific Northwest where she studied exercise science at Northwest University.  As a recent graduate, she is enjoying spending time living in the great state of Washington with her husband and taking time to explore opportunities within the field of exercise science.  In her free time she loves to go out to coffee, hike, travel and spend time with her husband and friends.

Jenna Barker

Jenna grew up in Bothell as a third-generation equestrian with coaching from her grandmother, mother, and aunt. She competed in hunter and jumper divisions across Washington and Oregon from early childhood through her teens. After transitioning out of sport, Jenna found joy in other modes of physical activity including hiking, hot yoga, and strength training.

Jenna recently graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from WWU and is excited to gain exposure in the clinical setting. She aspires to become a physical therapist partly due to her passion for understanding the complexities and linkage between the systems and structures that make up us humans. Providing a positive healthcare experience in the hope of increasing other's quality of living also fuels her ambition to become a physical therapist.

Outside of the clinic, Jenna loves trying new food with friends and family, baking, and reading.

Molly grew up in Highland, IL, where she attended Highland High School. She participated on the bowling team as head captain and competed for her first two years of undergraduate school. She currently attend Wichita State University where she is majoring in exercise science and minoring in psychology. After graduating, Molly plans on taking a year off to explore her new home in the Pacific Northwest and eventually further her education in graduate school for physical therapy. Mollys love for physical therapy comes from prior personal experience with a family member as well as working with others in the gym. In Molly’s free time, she loves to go to the gym, try new restaurants, and hang out with her dog.

Lauryn grew up in Seattle, WA where she attended Holy Names Academy for high school. There she put her competitive gymnastics background to use and co-captained the Holy Names gymnastics team. Lauryn is currently going to school at the University of Washington where she is majoring in physiology with a minor in nutrition. After graduating she is hoping to further her education in graduate school to pursue a career in sports medicine. Lauryn’s gymnastics background, positive experiences with physical therapists and athletic trainers, and her time as a competitive gymnastics coach made her want to have a career in the sports medicine field. In her free time Lauryn loves to try new restaurants, rock climb, swim in Lake Washington, and have movie nights with her friends. 


Averly Gerber

Averly grew up in Woodinville Washington where she attended Woodinville High School. After high school she went on to college at Washington State University. At WSU she majored in Kinesiology and minored in sports communication. Averly plans on applying to physical therapy school this fall. In her free time she loves to travel or spend time with her friends and family. Averly was first introduced to physical therapy as a child when she injured her back during dance. Averly’s positive experience in physical therapy solidified her decision to pursue PT and apply for school.
